Cheesy Grits

2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup Instant Grits
1/4 cup pimento cheese
garlic salt
lg spoonful of margarine

 

Add grits to boiling water.
Lower heat and stir.
Cook for five minutes until thick, stirring often.
Add dash of garlic salt, pimento cheese and margarine.
Let cool for a few minutes before eating.
