American Goulash

on

1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni

1 can garlic/olive oil diced tomatoes, drained

1/2 cup diced onions

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup grated  Kraft Mexican cheese w/cream cheese

1 cup Beyond Meat, browned

Dash of salt

Dash of sugar

Splash of milk

Cook macaroni, drain and return to pan.

Combine all other ingredients and add to pan.

Stir until cheese melts and is well blended.

Let rest in pan, then serve while still warm.
