|1||tsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Roasted Garlic and Bell Pepper|
|½||cup onions/green peppers mix|
|¼||cup bread crumbs|
|flour for coating patties|
|cooking oil for frying and sauteeing|
|1||glass jar of mushrooms|
|1||package beefy brown gravy mix|
Mix hamburger, seasoning, onions/green pepper mix, egg and bread crumbs.
Form into patties. Coat in flour and fry in cooking oil.
Remove from skillet.
Saute onions in oil until soft and golden.
Mix jar of mushrooms(undrained) with brown gravy mix. Add a bit of water if needed. I like to use a mason jar with lid to mix sauces and gravies. No need to drag out the blender!
Combine mushroom gravy with onions in skillet.
Add patties(push them down into the gravy/onions) and simmer until thickened.
Not very pretty but tastes really good!
