Stuffed Bell Peppers

1/2 cup cooked rice 1 lb cooked hamburger meat ( or  ground sweet italian sausage) 1 TB Herbs de Provence (or dried parsley if using sausage above) 1 can drained basil and oregano tomatoes 5  bell peppers Mix first 4 ingredients and stuff peppers. Top with ketchup. Steam for 75 minutes
