Best Meatloaf

ml2 eggs

1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

1 package Lipton Beefy Onion Soup mix

1 cup ketchup

1 cup frozen peppers and onions, thawed

1/2 cup warm water

1 lb ground round

1 lb ground sausage

 

Combine all ingredients except meat, mixing thoroughly.

Stir in meat, blending completely.

Form into 2  loaves and top with extra ketchup.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

 

UPDATE: Use one pound of hamburger and one pound of Beyond Meat, in separate bowls.

Add one half of mixins to each bowl and shape into two meatloaves, in different pans.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

 

This is based on Ann Landers famous recipe.
