1/4 cup Zatarains Creole Seasoning
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 egg, beaten with water added
3 thick bone in pork chops
Mix bread crumbs and creole seasoning.
Dip chops in egg wash.
Coat with crumb mixture.
Line a ridged pan with foil. (Ridges help to keep chops crispy)
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
